* Collection of data and samples from every step in the development, and

Topharman Shanghai Co., Ltd., including its affiliate (Topharman) acknowledges and agrees that the Confidential Information provided by the other Party is a valuable trade secret of the other Party and that any disclosure to unauthorized use thereof may cause irreparable harm and loss to that Party and may entitle that Party to injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy at law or in equity that may be available.

Confidential Disclosure Agreements and/or Collaboration Agreements were and will always be made by and between Topharman and the Customer. Any information disclosed by the Parties shall be deemed confidential and trade secret information, and the exclusive property of the Parties.

It is Topharman’s obligation to keep the Party's Proprietary Information in secret and strict confidentiality under the terms of the Agreement.
